Part-Time (with potential for Full-Time)
We’re seeking a creative, dynamic, and hands-on Offline Marketer to join our growing marketing team. This part-time role (with potential for full-time in the future) will lead all non-digital communications and event marketing initiatives. You’ll be responsible for bringing our brand to life through print, postal outreach, and the seamless organization of events — from budget planning to pre-event buzz and post-event follow-ups.
As a key collaborator with our digital marketing team, you’ll work together to create a unified marketing funnel that integrates offline strategies with digital outreach, reaching the right audience at every touchpoint.
What You’ll Do:
Print & Postal Campaigns: Plan, create, and execute non-digital marketing materials such as brochures, mailers, and flyers that capture our brand’s message and target key audiences.
Event Preparation & Management: Organize events from start to finish, including budgeting, vendor coordination, venue selection, logistics, and pre- and post-event communications.
Cross-Channel Collaboration: Work closely with the digital marketing team to align offline efforts with our online marketing funnel, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
Creative Campaigns: Develop out-of-the-box, offline marketing strategies that grab attention and drive results in sync with our long-term mission.
Budgeting: Manage and track budgets for print, postal, and event marketing campaigns.
Audience Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with potential customers and partners through innovative offline channels.
Who You Are:
- A creative thinker who enjoys blending traditional marketing with modern techniques.
- Experience in organizing events, managing budgets, and handling end-to-end event logistics.
- Skilled in offline marketing techniques (print, mail, etc.) and can bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Strong collaborator who can align offline efforts with digital marketing campaigns for a holistic approach.
- Comfortable with part-time work to start, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time as we grow.
Your Skills:
- Proven experience in offline marketing, events, or similar roles.
- Excellent organizational skills with a talent for juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Budget management experience with an eye for cost-effective solutions.
- A collaborative spirit who enjoys working in sync with the broader marketing team.
