Community Manager & Growth Marketer – AI Startup

We’re looking for a Technical Content Writer who knows how to blend tech-savvy expertise with creativity. You’ll be the bridge between our cutting-edge AI technology and the world, breaking down complex topics for both developers and business users alike. If you’re the kind of person who can explain machine learning to a new techie and also make it digestible for a non-technical audience, we want you on our team.

This role isn’t just about writing. You’ll be using diagrams, sketches, and digital tools to turn technical concepts into visual masterpieces. From markdown to Git, your work will be at the center of how we communicate AI, machine learning, and more.

What You’ll Do

• Create compelling, clear, and well-structured content about AI, machine learning, data management, automation, and more.
• Break down complex technical concepts for developers and simplify them for business users when needed.
• Use state-of-the-art diagrams, slides, and digital sketching tools to visually communicate ideas.
• Write in markdown and publish documentation on the company’s platform, maintaining versions using Git.
• Ensure content is localized and accessible by utilizing translation tools to publish in multiple languages.
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and marketing to stay in sync with new tech developments and document them for internal and external use.

Who You Are

• A technically skilled writer with a deep understanding of AI, machine learning, LLMs, data management, Python, and shell scripting.
• Comfortable writing for a variety of audiences, from technicians to business users.
• Proficient in markdown, Git, and experienced with documentation platforms.
• A visual communicator, able to use diagrams, slides, and digital tools to illustrate technical ideas.
• Experienced in using translation tools to make content accessible to a global audience.
• An independent thinker with a knack for learning quickly and translating that knowledge into engaging, useful content.

Your Skills

• Excellent writing skills with proven experience in technical writing.
• Strong technical background in AI, data management, automation, or similar fields.
• Proficient in creating diagrams, slides, and using digital sketching tools for visual communication.
• Fluent in markdown and experienced in Git version control.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience with translation/localization tools for multilingual content.
